Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival to Marrakech
We meet you at the airport of Marrakech and make transfer to the hotel .free sightseeing.
Day 2 - Marrakech- Taliwine- Tislite
We leave Marrakech at 8am crossing the pass of Tizi n'Test to the south side of Jebel Sirwa in the Taliouine valley. we then walk on a trail through gorges and cultivated fields to reach our camp at Tislit (1500). 2 hours walking.
Day 3 - Tislit - Azib
A day of contrasts as we hike through the green valley of the Assif n'Ait Oubyal. We walk through many villages and have the chance to meet the locals. Above Tizgui, we ascend steeply to our camp on a summer grazing pasture (2325m). 6 to 7 hours of walking, with 900 m of ascent.
Day 4 - Azib - Tagragra
Today we trek over the crest of Guiliz Peak (2900m) which offers splendid views of Jebel Sirwa and descend to our camp near the caves at Tagragra (2600m). 5 hours of walking, with 500 metres of ascent.
Day 5 - Tagragra – Siroua peak- Tissouitine
Our trek today takes us through a rocky landscape of steep gorges and rocks to the summit of Jebel Sirwa (3305m) from where we will get wonderful views of the High Atlas and Anti Atlas. We descend back to our camp in Tissouitine (2450m). 7 hours of walk. with 700 m of ascent and 800 metres of descent.
Day 6 - Tisouitine- Tamlakoute
First we make a short descent; then we climb to cross a pass that leads into the Ighmour Valley. We walk through several villages and descend finally to the fields of Tomalakout, where we camp. 6 hours of walking, with 340 m of ascent and 840 m of descent.
Day 7 - Tamlakoute -Marrakech
Hiking out through a rugged landscawe do a short walk of around 2 hours to Tamazight, We then drive back across the Atlas (via the Tizi n'Tichka) to Marrakech. Night in the hotel with diner
Day 8 - Transfer to the airport
